Mango Chia Pudding

- 1 tbsp Chia seeds

- 2 Mangoes

- 1 Banana

- A pinch of Cardamom/ Elaichi powder


Step 1

Grind the mango and banana in a high-speed blender till smooth. Add the chia seeds and let them soak for a few minutes. Garnish with cardamom powder and enjoy!

Optionally you can soak the chia seeds in almond/coconut milk and add it to the mango banana blend for a twist in flavour. (Only if you don’t have insulin resistance)

Mangoes help to overcome sleep problems. They are also rich in beta carotene which is good for the skin and eyes.  They are good source of magnesium and certain phytochemicals that calms the nervous system. Mango pulp soothes the stomach and intestinal lining and relieves constipation. It offers relief from muscle fatigue, cramps, brain fog, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.  Bananas are a good source of minerals such as manganese, selenium, copper, boron, molybdenum and potassium. They are a powerful antiviral food. Bananas are also very healing for gastrointestinal disorders. Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants. They are a good source of protein and fibre. They are rich in essential amino acids.
