Mangoes - 2
Coconut Milk - 200 ml
Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
- Begin with cleaning and chopping the mangoes into cubes
- Add chopped mangoes and coconut milk into the blender and blend to a smooth pulp. ( Can add more coconut milk for a slightly thin consistency)
- Take the pulp into a bowl and add a pinch of cardamom powder to it.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes then serve chill
