
CHICKPEA SALAD

- 100 g overnight soaked chickpea
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice, from 1 large lemon
- 2 garlic pods, minced or sliced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee
