Ingredients

-50 grams puffed Amarnath

-20 grams overnight soaked almonds

-50 grams soaked raisins

-1 pinch cardamom powder

-1 to 2 drops of rose petal essence

Directions

Step 1

Make an almond puree with little water.

Dry grind puffed amaranth into a fine powder.

Grind soaked raisins into a thick puree

Step 2

Cook the almond puree on low flame until it starts to dry. Add raisin puree and continue cooking it and add amaranth powder. Cook the mixture well.

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients mentioned. Take off heat and pat the mixture into 1/2 inch thick layer on a baking tray.

Step 4

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and cut into desired shapes.
