CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients
100 g overnight soaked chickpea
3 Tbsp lemon juice, from 1 large lemon
2 garlic pods, minced or sliced
1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 onion, diced
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
1 tsp ghee
Directions
1. Cook chickpea in a pressure cooker for 8-9 whistles
2. Once they are cooked, strain it and keep it aside
3. In a pan, add some ghee, add garlic, and roast for 8-10 secs.
4. Add your chickpea to it and roast them for 3-4 mins
5. Transfer it into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
6. Mix it well and serve.
For some spice you can use this below mentioned dressing
* Soak 100 grams of dry red chilies in warm water for 15 mins.
* Add the soaked chillies, garlic(4-5 pods), ginger (1 inch), salt and lemon as per your taste into a blender and blend them.
* Add 2-4 tbsp water into the same and blend again.
* Add the dressing to your salad as per your taste, mix and enjoy
