Ingredients

-1 cup fresh coconut

-2 green chillies

-2 garlic cloves

-1 cup fresh coriander leaves

-4 to 5 curry leaves

-Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1

Cut fresh coconut into small pieces.

Step 2

Grind all the ingredients together. Add little water to get a proper consistency.

Step 3

Add salt as per taste.

Fresh coconut has numerous benefits, one of the most important being its good fat content. Coriander, cloves and curry leaves makes the chutney tastier and are packed with nutrients and health benefits too.
