Ingredients
Cucumber, medium- 2
Mint leaves - Handful
Coriander leaves-Handful
Garlic cloves- 4-5
Green chillies (according to your spice) - 1-2
Salt - as per taste
Pepper- as per taste
Directions
- In a grinder vessel, add all the above ingredients except pepper and cucumber.
- Blend everything in a thick and smooth chutney-like texture.
- Now take the dip in a bowl add small chopped cucumber pieces into it and mix. It should look like a salsa sauce.
- Add pepper powder for garnishing and enjoy with millet crackers.
TIPS:
Do not add water, if you want a thick consistency
