Ingredients

Broccoli- 2 cups

Sprouted moong- ½ cup

Fennel seeds- 1 tsp

Mustard seeds- 1 tsp

Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

Coriander grounded- 1 tsp

Ginger grounded- 1 tsp

Garlic grounded- 1 tsp (3-4 cloves)

Coconut oil- 1 tbsp

Onion- ½

Salt- 1 tsp

Oregano- ½ tsp

Chili flakes: ½ tsp

Directions

1. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil to the pan and 1 tsp of fennel, mustard, and cumin seeds. Heat for two minutes

2. Add 1 tsp ground coriander, ginger, garlic, onion and salt. Heat for another minute. 

3. Add sprouted mung beans and water (2–3 cups), bring to a boil, and simmer for 15–30 minutes.

4. Cook broccoli separately and keep it aside.

5. Cool it down and make a paste.

6. Mix broccoli with other ingredients in the pan. 

7. Add 1tsp salt, ½ tsp oregano and ½ tsp chilli flakes. Stir well.

8. Then remove from heat and serve hot!
