Water - 1.5 cups ( 200-250ml)
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh turmeric root - 3-5 gms
Himalayan pink salt - 1 pinch
- Take a glass of water in a deep saucepan and keep it for boiling.
- Add freshly grated turmeric root, himalayan pink salt, thyme, and oregano to it.
- Keep stirring it.
- Once the coction is reduced to half, strain it in a glass.
- Serve immediately.
