Ingredients

- Spring greens

- (Mixed lettuce/ baby spinach)     2 handfuls

- Avocado                                              1

- Raspberries                                        1 cup

- Orange                                                 1

- Mango                                                   1 cup

- Cashews                                                 ⅛ cup

Directions

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. You can add little water just enough to be able to blend them. Enjoy  the smoothie.

This smoothie is not only a protein powerhouse but also helps to take care of the constipation, iron deficiencies, swelling fluid retention, menopause symptoms, PMS symptoms, abdominal cramping, dry and scaly skin, joint pain muscle cramps. It also helps in case of memory loss, candida overgrowth, headaches, back pain, fatigue. It is a very good source of minerals like iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc, molybdenum, potassium, chromium and calcium, it is also rich in vitamin C.  You should definitely include this in your diet if you suffer from frequent mood swings, buzzing in ears, frozen shoulder, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
