Ingredients

Watermelon -  200 gm

Cucumber -  100 gm

Lettuce - 50 gm

Black olives - 6-7 olives

Feta cheese/goat cheese - 50 gm

Black pepper powder- 1-2 gm/As per taste 

Himalayan salt - As per taste

Red chili powder - As required

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. For the dressing : In a small bowl mix, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. 
  1. Dice the watermelon and cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Chop lettuce and black olives in half.
  3. Mix all these chopped ingredients well into a mixing bowl and drizzle with the dressing along with feta cheese.
