Baked Hashbrowns

-4 medium sized potaoes

-Salt to taste


Step 1

Place the potatoes into a large pot and coer with cold water. Bring potatoes to a boil and boil until just fork tender so that you can grate them with a grater.

Step 2

Pre-heat oven. Drain the potatoes and peel and grate them using the large side of the grater. Place grated potatoes into a large bowl, add little salt to them and toss them until evenly mixed.

Step 3

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the potatoes into patties. Bake until crispy and golden brown.

Potatoes are versatile and healthy food ingredients which are packed with many nutrients like carbohydrates, vitamin B6, folate, potassium and chromium. It is very beneficial for healthy weight gain and when combined with healthy cooking methods can make for relishing recipes.
