Ingredients

-5 oil-break them in thefree puris (Refer baked puri recipe)

-30 grams vegan curd (Refer vegan curd recipe)

-20 grams potato (boiled and mashed)

-15 grams onion

-Sweet and spicy chutney as per taste (Refer Sweet and Spicy chutney recipe)

-Baked sev (for garnishing) (Refer baked sev recipe)

Directions

Step 1

Wash, boil and mash the potatoes. Add salt and red chilli powder to it.

Step 2

Take puris, break them in the centre and arrange them on a plate. Fill them up with the mashed potatoes.

Step 3

Top it with curd, sweet and spicy chutney and lastly with onion, tomato and sev as per taste.

This recipe is a healthy alternative for the most popular street food. Baked puris and sev are used which are made using gluten-free flour mix. Vegan curd is used which is also made using nutritious ingredients. Homemade street foods assure a high level of hygiene and food safety keeping you away from foodborne illnesses.
