Ingredients

-100 grams dates

-20 grams tamarind

-Salt as per taste

Directions

Step 1

Soak tamarind in warm water and dessed the dates.

Step 2

Grind together tamarind and dates and add some water.

Step 3

Add salt to taste and enjoy!

Health Benefits

This recipe is a healthier version of the usual sweet chutney used in chat preparations. Dates are excellent alternatives over white sugar with its nutritive value and equal sweetness.
